I've actually tried to do this. And it's gone so horribly bad. It all started when me and my other fujoshi friend were discussing a JR episode. And then, some boys heard it, and they wanted to know what we were talking about. I, thinking that they weren't gonna ask anything, said yaoi. But, they wanted to know what yaoi was. At first, my friend, trying to cover up my mistake, said that it was a type of anime. They're faces lit up, and they started freaking out and going like: OMG I LOVE ANIME, TELL ME MORE ABOUT IT. At that point neither of us knew what to do. So, I happily told them what yaoi was. Bad Idea. They're smiles faded, and they looked at me with a kind of terrorized look. My smile also faded. But instead I weakly smiled. But before I could even do that, they had already gone away. So instead I turned back to my best friend, and kept talking about JR.

The reality of being a fujoshi.

This is so true it hurts. I mean this is literally me.

When somebody asks you this, you feel like all hell has broken loose. You have no idea what to respond, and all you say is: Tumblr.

 

 

This is just true. I really can't say anything.

This has happened to me so many times. And also, my mom walked in on me once..... It was the most awkward day of my life.



We've all cried because of this right? Well, when have we not cried because of yaoi?

 

 

This translates into: My mom found all of my yaoi manga. Also my mom actually found my yaoi stash, and her reaction was surprisingly not as bad as you'd think.

Let's face it, We Have Too Many OTP's

Has anyone ever asked you what's your favorite OTP, and then you're all like:

And then people are just like:

 

 

And we try to at least pick one OTP. But then we realize that that's nearly impossible. And when we try to look for a specific ship fanart on your phone, there's so many other fanart that you take like, an hour looking for the right photo. We try to be civilized and erase other unnecessary photos, but then we just end up deleting photos of actual people. When people look at our tumblr, all they're able to think about is: 'WTF!?!?'. We don't see a problem with that. I mean, we all know that we're dirty minded as hell, but that's just another reason to keep watching it. So, what if we're dirty minded. Let's just keep having fun and actually enjoy life. Ask your best friend to come over, and watch Netflix and chill. (but like, actually Netflix and chill, don't take it the wrong way guys, k?)

More Ship Stuff

We all know that feeling when someone disses our OTP....

We all know the feeling. It happens almost all the time. But, it does feel good when you diss someone else's OTP. Yet we hate it when someone does it to us. People say: 'don't do what you wouldn't like other people doing to you'. But when it comes to ship fights; there really aren't any boundaries. Normal people think that our fights are stupid. But for us; it's the most painful thing to do. When you're in a ship fight, you keep insulting each other, at the start of it, you think about what you're going to say. But then, it goes too far. And your friendship with that person doesn't fix itself until you find an OTP you have in common. That's why I kinda keep posting ship stuff. Our ships mean everything to us. But as long as the Real world is alright- nah. I was trying to do something inspirational at the end but whatever.



 

 

 

Yaoi Vs Not Yaoi

Some people think that fujoshi's don't watch anything else other than Yaoi or Yuri. But, that's really not true. I myself, am also a former otaku, bookworm, binge watcher, and gamer. So don't think we don't know anything else rather than Yaoi/Yuri. And don't get surprised either when we don't talk about anime, or anything of the sort. I mean, some of us have lives, you know. And don't think that we depend our lives on anime. Yes, we've read a thousand fanfictions, seen a ton of fanart, and maybe heard more BL CD's than our brain can cope with. But we're fine. Maybe some of us don't watch other animes rather than yaoi, but, so what? That doesn't affect your life in any way right? So don't shoot them those bad looks and dirty comments cause, that person you're insulting, may be a better person than you will ever be.

Your Room

The Room.....


Has anyone ever gone into your room, and then come out traumatized? If so, then this is probably how they looked like:

They just stand there, looking at everything. And you're all like 'what?'. But they really didn't hear you. They just look at your posters, and then at you, and then at your figurines, and then at your mousepad, and then at you. So, you decide to start up some conversation. But that gets you nowhere. They're trying to take it all in, figure out how somebody as innocent as you, could be into this. And the thing is you always say "don't judge a book by its cover" But that doesn't mean they believe you at this moment. Instead you try to distract them, but that also doesn't get you anywhere. So, in the end, you just tell them to leave and go back to watching some yaoi.

Real life Yaoi

What most of us want


So, you're walking down the street and the you see 2 guys talking and laughing. You ship them, naturally. But you start to wonder, What about real life yaoi? Is that even a thing? Oh, what if you start like, a series about that?!?! And it can be called 'Yes, it's a thing: Real life Yaoi'. Yeah, that could totally work. And then you see 2 girls. OHHHH this is gonna be soo awesome!!! I could even make a story about those 2 random strangers I saw and make up names for them and everything!!! I'm gonna be like, the most acclaimed director and writer of hollywood!!! You even gave yourself a title and everything. But then you remember all of those documentaries you saw about how terrible Hollywood was, and decided to drop it. But it was still a good idea though....
